Muskoka Outfitters is a Canadian based outdoor retailer. All prices and shipping rates are presented in Canadian Dollars (cdn). Some restrictions and duties may apply to international shipments.

Most items displayed on our web site are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse. Upon placing your order you will receive a follow-up call or email to confirm all your order details and the date of shipment. We make every effort to ensure orders are shipped by the next business day. If an item is Out of stock your order will typically ship between 5-10 business days from your order date.

Shipping Services

For all regular items we offer regular ground shipping through Canada Post Express or premium shipping with Purolator. Upon receiving your order we will supply you with a freight quote with the shipping service you have requested.

Free Shipping

All Ontario orders of $100 or more are shipped free of charge with Canada Post. This free service applies only to items which are not labeled as oversized. For all other Provinces we strive to offer very competitive shipping rates!

USA & International Shipping

We offer shipping of items to most locations in North America (Canada & USA) and some international locations. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes - however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Canoe & Kayak Shipping

We work with a number of freight companies and shipping you a new boat is easier than you think. We offer boat freight throughout Canada and the Eastern US. All boats are well inspected and packaged with a double layer wrap or boxed to ensure your boat arrives to you in prime condition. Save the gas driving around to find that boat, we ship kayaks anywhere in Ontario for only $75!

Order Tracking

You will receive a order confirmation within 24 hours after your order has been shipped us. Simply enter the tracking code that was on your shipping confirmation email into the appropriate tracking page and you'll have a real time update as to your package location.
